It can get a bit too bright especially in spring if theres still snow left. People usually have sun glasses if they go skiing or spend a lot time outside. The brightness can be a bit overwhelming, but imagine the feeling if you haven't really seen the sun in months. It's like waking up from a dream.

There isn't really normal weather here. It's always something between -40 and +30 depending on the season. You just cloth yourself accordingly.
