I don't really mind North Americans. They are surprisingly well behaved and they are always eager to learn about my shithole when they come here. You can say that Peruvians like American tourists.
Regarding politics, things may change a bit. I still don't mind what North Americans (especially Americans) do. As long as these don't involve my country in any way I won't pay much attention to it. Don't get me wrong, what you did with Ecuador was a very cunty move. Peruvians, in general, have a positive view of the USA and Canada so you are fine I guess.

We also think that they are fine. But from my experience I cannot stand Polish and German tourists, they are too loud even when minding their own business. Scandinavians are a bit slow but I don't really care about that really.
As far as I know, we base our opinions on European culture and history and European tourists. Unless you are Spain, but this is another issue on its own.

I like Afro-Peruvians, they are generally educated and friendly. At least the ones that I met, and they tend to be middle class or higher so... I can't really hate them.
I cant say the same for Venezuelans or Colombians though.
