Why are you not allowed to build a cabin on rural land you own in this country?
Why are you not allowed to build a cabin on rural land you own in this country?
Neither we can. Jews HATE it for some reason.
build it on a tree then
well
What?
You need your cabin building loicense
Pic related is from a documentary called Alone in the wilderness. That guy moved out to in to rural Alaska, a place only available by boat plane. He built his own cabin at the age of 50 and stayed there well into his 80s.
>are you not allowed
just build it, nobosy will give a shit if its not on a street
Here they have made it illegal to build close to water for some reason, probably because it would make it easy to be self sufficient.
You are allowed to build whatever you want if you own a land.
Because your country's incredibly bureaucratic. Ours is too, but yours sounds a whole lot worse.
>it would make it easy to be self sufficient.
that's the reason here. you only can build a country house in the designated areas they have chosen to.
floods
Bureaucrats here go apeshit over stuff like that. Wish we had a more laid-back attitude to stuff like you medoids do
Gotta have planning permission and a zoning permit
I thought no one outside of the Royals technically owns the land it's like a 100 year lease.
You need to learn how to offer deals they cant refuse
>Did you say an unauthorized wooden cabin?
And you people say you're free
you're allowed here, only problem is if you want government electricity or mortgage you need to be inspected and up to code by buying triple pane windows and efficent insulation
>Bureaucrats here go apeshit over stuff like that
why would they complicate their lives?
>Wish we had a more laid-back attitude to stuff like you medoids do
that's not the point, once everyone start building "illegally", no politician will ever do anything if he wants votes
that thing a castle. meh
>Gotta have planning permission and a zoning permit
Even for this?
