Brazil is also a poor country, but we still manage to be the best at counter strike. That's mainly due to our Lan houses sub culture.

Scrawny German teenagers act autistic when confronted with random strangers, but at work where their proficiency is important people aged ~45 or younger will be very professional and able to communicate in English.

It's pretty accurate except for a few memes. Russian and French players are generally skilled even if they're annoying. Portuguese players can't speak English, and Brazil is so terrible it should be in a category of its own.
