It's definitely not 72%. MENA Americans + Jewish Americans are about 5% of the population, and most "white Hispanics" don't look like Ted Cruz. The reality is America is probably anywhere from 56-65% white, or somewhere around that.

Let's not even go into ">Spain > white", but that 46 million figure is so out of the picture it's clearly either a meme or a strategy to get Spain's population numbers into the bigger "white people" category for something I can't quite understand as of now.
