My grandmother use to always make fried chicken and fried okra which is super healthy. I usually bake them with some olive oil these days.

You should get a polytunnel so you can grow peppers and aubergine and big tomatoes and stuff, that's what my dad does

Yep. We eat the root and place focus on that, but everything above the root is like any other angiosperm.

Distant family of mine owns a small farm where they offer tours for kids (or people who are interested). They can also stay for the night but have to sleep on straw for example. The family makes sure that they also got something to eat/drink (they cook for them). But I never visited them so I can't tell you what 'quality' they offer. But sure, might work. I'm sure people from Moscow etc might be interested too.

I've heard you can make chips of potatoes. Sounds fake something as tasty could come from dirty soil but if it's true you can make a fortune!
