What makes you think that? It's actually due to the culture shock. Besides Panama, Costa Rica, DR, PR or maybe Florida the culture shock would be huge and I don't like that. Panama is the closest country geographically and the place where I'd most likely feel right at home

The problem with USCA is that it has Honduras and El Salvador. The rest is relatively safe.
