I go to church every weekend since mid 20s (now Im 30) went today in fact (and to confession as well).

That's nothing out of the norm for a group of people, Christians just stick out because they stick their necks out.
Most churches have their fair share of whackjobs, hypocrites, problem-causing "kiddults", imbeciles, lazy slobs, etc., and some have a very small number of truly devout, exemplary Christians that follow the example of what true disciples of Christ should be in all aspects of their lives in accordance with the New Testament. Cest la vie, every era.
Corruption of some kind or another ends up happening, too, easy to find in groups of people.
The same drama and chimping out that you'll see going from one store to the next within a company or organization, going from one household to the next within a neighborhood, going from one school to the next, it's the same with churches, unfortunately.
