I heard that a lot of people from central Asia (like Uzbekistan and other post-soviet Asian countries ) come to South Korea as contract workers and got 2-3k dollars per month, which is really big even for Russia, not saying for Uzbekistan, there average salary is something like $100 per month. So I made a guess that in Japan it is the same thing like in Korea.
