We blame nobody. Living with Jews for centuries left such a big scar on Poles that we won't be able to get rid of "antisemitism" for another centuries to come. Mixing blood means nothing. A human is what he knows: culture, religion, education, national code, language, that's what you really are. You are what you are taught by your parents and by your society. In this aspect Poles were always the antithesis of Jews and the other way round. Jews are uglier than us not only morally but also physically, i would say. I must agree with OP, Poles are rather antisemitic. But the truth is that it is not in good taste to talk about Jews in Poland. Well mannered Poles are silent about them. That's because if you say bad things about Jews in company of other Poles, some of them could feel insulted. Wheras you talk nicely about Jews, some Poles could feel bad because they have radically different opinion.
So if you are in Poland, the best solution is being silent about Jews.

Mum is ok with them, never met any and doesn't really care. Dad says he isn't anti-semitic or anything and even has a few Jewish friends but once said that "maybe Hitler didn't do anything wrong, after all". Most people are anti-semitic here, if we still had Jews in Lithuania and Germans came to visit again, we'd have plenty of white-bands even today.
