That looks almost identical to the college stadium in my old town. The highschool “stadiums” we called them fields, were usually multi-purpose soccer, football, rugby etc... and little more than a field with the football forks at either end, and some movable nets.

Community colleges have small stadiums too. Universities tho have huge ones.

Yeah its the school store you can buy tons of clothes with the school logo on it, snacks, drinks etc. I forgot about that place. They remodelled the school but before there used to be a big carpeted area in front of it and all the weird band/pop punk kids (of which I was one) would sit on the carpet in front of the store, buy snacks etc.

Of course. In addition we had a Homecoming dance (for everyone, Prom is just for Juniors/Seniors and in my school it was frowned on if Juniors went), and several other smaller dances throughout the year.

I loved my Prom, our school rented a nice venue with good music and delicious food (one of the most delicious meals I ever ate), chocolate fountain. Some kids rented limos etc. I didn't my date drove me. Some poor schools just hold it in the gymnasium.

They're typically private Catholic schools which have all-female sister schools under the same Diocese. Events such as proms and homecomings are shared between these sibling schools.

Yeah. We had two dances each year for the entire student body, homecoming in fall and turnabout in spring, where girls ask guys to dance, and then there's a junior prom out on a boat in the bay, and a senior ball on the top floor of a nice hotel in the city.

Sewage, water treatment, etc are a separate tax you pay. Healthcare is subsidized using federal money (aka federal income tax). If you're poor, you don't pay anything for health care since the federal government enrolls you in medicaid and/or CHIP (depending on how old you are).

But you are correct - single-payer healthcare would probably work better.
