Got my early night. Pretty chuffed. Woke up at 3 feeling rested to an extent although I would have liked to incubate for half an hour. Monday's a little fickle for me actually. One of my social workers comes and visits at 1 so its usually a no man's land of time where I can't really do much. But this morning I will tidy up and go for a walk.
