Turns out that wood burns even in cold climates.
I want these disgusting industry """"forest"""" areas to burn so that real nature can grow there.
it hasn't rained in a long time
fire doesn't freeze
Hasn't rained in 2 months or so in many parts of Europe. We've had a bunch of wildfires here too.
We had forrest fires whole last summer.
Imagine how many animals died because someone threw a cig from a car or something
welcome to the club, this shit happens every year :-(
>combined effects of a drought and record-breaking temperatures
>wow isnt sweden cold? why is it on fire?
It hasn't rained for more than a couple of hours for at least a month where i live.
One word:
Montenegrins

Temperature means nothing, it's humidity (or lack of)
Forest fires are a natural part of the ecosystem. The problem is that humans suppress them unnaturally so they don't burn up our property.
You can't defeat nature, it will always win in the end.

forest plantations used for forestry constitute 75% of the forests in sweden, and they're much dryer than natural forests.
Damn if a bark beetle gets anywhere near these plantations he is going to wreak serious havok
Thereby proving my point.
