Why do brits do this
Why do brits do this
I do that
Why don't they put lemon in their tea, like civilized people?
cum is too expensive
>Don't talk to me till I've had my cuppa
it pairs well with their particular blend of tea
*siiiip*
rhodesia? they don't make countries like THAT anymore
I like to pour a nice, hot cup of tea and then sit down at the computer to read Jow Forums posts by Finnish fembois about their lust for cocks while sipping the aforementioned tea. Sometimes I like to listen to Freestyler to set the atmosphere.
Brits hate Rhodesia though from everything I've seen.
I thought that was more of an Irish thing.
The Irish copied off us
>not enjoying milk and lemon tea equally
Superior.
should be milk first desu
you can only do that with certain blends. makes it more comfy, like hot chocolate. putting milk in coffee though is pretty grim though desu
Tastes great la
milk in the cup first, then tea bag, then microwave it, then add water to cool it down.
>british
>civilized
>microwave
Jesus...
it doesn't take that long to heat water in a kettle, you know?
based
Because it tastes better.
Tea without milk and sugar is like chicken without spices and sauce.
in finland those who like their tea sweet usually put honey in the drink instead of sugar
I've tried that, but you have to put so much honey in it to make it the equivalent sweetness.
Also, honey is more messy and takes longer to dissolve in hot water too
> microwave it
honey just tastes better imo
there are sugar cubes readily available at all places that serve tea/coffee so it's not like we don't put sugar in our drinks
tried it once and it was utter shite
TEA & MILK > BOOMER SIP
i like it more in Irish breakfast tea.
chamomile is also nice
I like agave syrup as well
sugar is nothing but a cocaine equivalent for retarded children
If you put the milk in first the tea does not brew properly, you fucking barbarian.
This. Milk first ONLY if the team comes froma teapot
I didn't even know milk first was a thing until I started browsing Jow Forums
>I like sugar
>sugar is nothing but a cocaine equivalent for retarded children
wat
Anyway I'll use a little for some of the more astringent black teas, but I actually make tea properly unlike bongs who just dump boiling water on teabags for 10 minutes then wonder why it tastes like shit
pic related is not the same as a naturally sugary product
>appeal to nature
>then microwave it, then add water to cool it down.
Look at this fucking barbarian. Look at him.
>>appeal to nature
there is nothing natural about white sugar
> add hot water to cold milk
> tea brews in tepid water
This is common sense.
shhhhh
> there is nothing natural about white sugar
Except it being sucrose, an entirely natural product.
kill yourself
He's right, though. You can even buy raw sugar in the shops, it's virtually the same thing as just chewing on sugar cane.
>You can even buy raw sugar in the shops
And that's a good thing
>hot tea
> Eww
for the same reason Americans do this
You put half and half in coffee and it smooths it out. Not enough to save a bad roast, but it does cover up a multitude of sins.
>tea bag
>microwave
Clearly not British.
Milk brings out subtle flavours that you don’t notice if you’re just having it black.
You only need sugar if you live in London, water down there is fucking diabolical
>Putting anything in your tea
You're all chidlren
I come from small town Ontario, and for the longest time I put milk in my tea and thought nothing of it, seemed normal and everyone did it. It was only when I went off to university and drank tea with milk, all the Chinese students looked at me like I was from another planet. I can get not putting milk in green tea, but common black tea... it just was meant to be.
We usually use maple syrup, honey is good too though
