Civ4 is great but I like how Civ5 gave all the civs unique abilities. Civ4 civs are too vanilla, and 95% of the unique units are ho-hum.

As a longtime fan of the series, I really wanted to love Civ 6 but I find it totally impossible to get into like I always did with the previous ones. I'm not even totally sure why, I just don't feel it. If I were to play Civ right now I'd start a new game in 5.
