When it comes to African-Americans unfortunately the only culture that is specifically black is the ghetto one. They don't have an example of a sophisticated black culture so when you see the individual blacks that are civilized and educated people it's pretty much understood by their peers that they adopted the white mans culture.

Not all blacks live in ghettos. Overall blacks in worse condition, but it's not like there are perfect whites and all blacks are worst.

Not really. If you have the money and place to move you can leave the ghetto. In the past Blacks were prevented form leaving the ghetto but now they have more places to move to (many stay in the poorer neighborhoods due to family and friends). Not all poor neighborhoods are apocalyptic places.

Affirmative action is alive and well and helps many minorities get in to universities a little bit easier than white people and asians. Other than that every university Ive been to has had a scholarship specifically for minority students and poor students. Pell grants as well help students from low income families. There are also research programs for undergrads that are made for minorities and people from small college (REUs) and internship programs through employers like NASA, Microsoft, Dell, GM, Coke, and other big companies that specifically want minority applicants.
You must be trolling with the first comment and unfortunately in life many people do constructive things that go unnoticed while the top people get recognized or noticed for much less due to their relative prominence. Recognition should not be your goal for doing something constructive
