We do not work that much, actually.
Normal job is 40 hours a week. If you are lucky and work for a company like VW/Siemens/etc. it sometimes is 37,5 or even 35 hours. (kinda jelly, I work 40)
There are even strong regulations about working more than that. (it is allowed but just for xx days a years etc)
The really low number in that graph is probably because quite a few women just work part time, because 30 payed days off and many big companies offer programs for really old people to reduce work hours.

I really don't know how high that number actually is here. But I do know some women that just work part time and one older colleague just the other day changed to a 30 hour week, so I guess the numbers must come from that since a normal working week is 40 hours.

It is harder to get 37,5 or 35 hour weeks here nowadays. (I could go to 37,5 but they would just take the 2,5 hours away from my salary)
Just the other day Siemens blew some of their workers the fuck out when they said they now have to work 40 hours for the same money or otherwise the factory will just be moved to Hungary.
