In theory, no. Predisposition to homosexuality is indeed congenital, but that is not quite the same thing as genetic. As long as the original conditions that led to the child being gay in the first place are not replicated (namely, highly elavated estrogen or cortisol levels in the mother during key periods of fetal development to the point where it overwhelms the Wolffian system), then you will not witness the same outcome.
