braised dried pollack with spicy seasoning
go best with soju

What does stockfish taste like?
Very nice
depends a lot of how do you prepare it before cooking and how much time you wait it to loose salt, i'd say it tastes basically like salty fish, nothing strange
Does it taste like jerky? How does it smell?
>dabs on your stockfish
no it's completely different from jerky and it just smells like fish and salt
