You see them only in Bavaria, it is trully a cultural Statement. Bavarian‘s are proud of their own culture, they are celebrating their differences to the other German regions a lot. For example: a Bavarian usual says he is from Bavaria, he won’t say he‘s from Germany. These guys are very different in this behavior then people from other German federal states.
