Also, amongst the Japanese diasporas, Brazil has achieved the highest amount of racial integration. Something like 50% of Japanese in Brazil have married non ethnic Japanese.

I really feel they are fully assimilated in Brazilian culture.

This made me laugh cause it's not far from reality lul

Brazil is best girl in south america in my eyes

Brazil is big. Americans are usually more familiar with the state of Rio de janeiro.
Judo is actually more practiced than jiu jitsu

>she says Portugues people are too formal and serious

yeah I know about the Judo

Why are Japanese Brazilians good looking?

they can range from beautiful mixed people to dumb Filipinos

A japa talking about forró? Interesting. Forró is more common in the northeast and usually (not always) japanese people are from SP. But I'm from the northeast and I've know some Japanese people from here but the probability is that the one you know is from SP.

Must be the Portuguese blood :^)

Are you tugas feeling an increase in brazilians living there or what?

I've been hearing of many brazilians moving to Portugal, seems like a trend.

Most of them are rich though

Yeah she's from Sao Paulo but she lived in the North somewhere (forgot where) and Japan for 2 years but said she hated Japan

Just saying. Not every state in Brazil is majority Portuguese blood when it comes to its European heritage. São Paulo has a LOT of italian heritage
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_Brazilians

>An Italian source, from 1996, cites the number of 22,753,000 descendants.[7] The Embassy of Italy in Brazil, in 2013, reported the number of 31 million descendants of Italian immigrants in Brazil (about 15% of the population), half of them in the state of São Paulo.[2]

Our Brazilian population used to be 110k but now it's around 85k. Some are coming back but there are less now than when our crisis started in 2010. The biggest groups now are Nepalis and Chinese

Its our tourism boom caused by winning Eurovision and the 2016 euro. Rich people from everywhere are moving here. Even freaking Madonna kek

Nepalis?? You sure bruv? I mean we've always had a small Indian diaspora but I don't think I've ever even heard of Nepalis here.

If you come to Lisbon, you would be surprised. There's 20.000 of them already

And what's the general feeling torwards brazilian immigrants? Is it something like "better an immigrant from a 'brother country' that speaks our language and share our history" or are other foreigners better received, such as other europeans?

I have no interest of moving to Portugal or from Brazil by the way, asking just out of curiosity.

I knew that

Other Europeans, especially Ukrainians have a better impression I think. Because they are hardworking and highly skilled.
Brazilians have a more mixed reaction but I think most of Portuguese are okay with Brazilians and think they are bro tier

a

Portubros, what is your (or the general) opinion on the Dutch?
I've been thinking of emigrating to Italy or Portugal after I serve in the air force (radio & network tech). Maybe get myself a small home with a bit of land to grow potatoes and keep poultry.

I'm pale, brown haired and brown eyed (I am a full Dutchman, though), and don't smoke the weed or drink beer.
Only speak conversational French so I understand the grammar of most Romance languages, and I'd integrate.
