Future's so bright, gotta wear shades
Good job dude, I am happy for you.
Thanks :) im half-way there, gotta keep going
did you join a gym?
No, almost entirely based on diet changes, i do try to take 1h30/2h walks everyday though if I have time.
If you live in the city, ride a bike to work/school, the gains are gonna be noticeable and it's part of your commute, so you don't need to set aside extra time for it.
good job user
Great
>Lonely pornwanker for 1+ yr

We’re all gonna make it
cool
I went to a nutritionist and had some results but ended giving up. I'm with 120 kg too.
Losing weight would improve my life significantly
Keep going, walks are good youtube.com
Oh i already live 5 minutes away from my uni, thats why i take walks in the evening. And since im not really a breakfast kind of guy, i also sometimes take walks in the morning on an empty stomach, its really efficient for weight loss.

Smiled at a cute girl yesterday at work and she smiled back
That's a big loss of wieght! Keep it up, user.
I cant describe to you how liberating it is. I really like to travel, but i had terrible stamina and any time there was even a small uphill, id be completely breathless. When i went to Lyon last month, it was the others getting tired before me.
holy shit well done, keep it up
It must feel nice.
Since I have a good planned diet I should try some exercises, the streets near my house are too crowded so I have to find a way, that's no excuse though. Gotta find a way lol.
My neighbor finally sold his apartment next to me so I could purchase it.
Already have the build plans approved, gonna knock down one of the walls and make one large flat instead.
2019 is gonna be a busy year.
Also well done OP.
Nice stuff, how much area are you going to gain with that ?
Haven't had a drink in a week. Got to keep it up.
Keep strong my dude
I found the love of my life this year
76 m2 in total.
How much do you have now?
Damn, thats quite a lot if you're the owner. Where do you live ?
Current place is 70 m2.
Gonna knock down the wall between our living rooms.
It's will be an increase that's for sure. Gonna have a 146 m2 place when this is done.
And yes I own it.
I live in a city called Linköping.
I am hoping to be an electrician in a year
I go to school for it
keep it up user
good job :D
So it's a medium sized city too, you now have something for life.
Also i thought you meant 76m2 in with the 2 combined, im too used to megalopolis prices.
Fought a Mexican in a sparring match yesterday after not training for a week
certain I could easily knock many of my enemies out or do them damage, which makes me feel alive
Haha no, my current place alone is 70 m2.
His is 76.
I've been trying to buy his place for the better part of 5 years now, already had the plans ready and approved. All I needed was his contract. Now I have it.
If this was in Stockholm I could never have afforded it though, prices here are a bit lower.
Frodo's smile, love this pic
just shat a big huge load, feels good
I was 48kg at 14
At 16 I was 48kg
At 18 I was 48kg
At 20 I was 48kg
Now I'm 48kg
How weight change feels?
I was 72 kg at 14
80 at 16
95 at 20
Currently 109 at 26.
Well i dont really see it. The first thing that makes me notice it is my belt and how tight i can fasten it. Its also about physical effort, your body can get used to your fluctuating weight rather quickly, so you dont "feel" heavy, but when i do more intensive work, it either feels crushing or freeing.
>124kg
Wow you were really fat. You were really fat by American standards.
And then they say europeans are not influenced by american culture
I'm not fat man, I'm tall (201 cm) and been into lifting since I was 15. Started playing hockey at the same time so lot's of gym time for me.
Still play every week.
you are a big guy
Is it?
273 lbs. Pretty sure those wallmart people are twice that (not trying to fight, just saying)
Gone up from 50kg to 51/52.
I won't be underweight soon.
And I need to exercise more... I hope that won't cause weight-loss
I lost my virginity
