I'm not a wine expert either, but I think all wine does this. You can re-cork it and stick it in the fridge for a couple days but it's not quite the same. I think they sell little plastic gadgets that pull the extra air out of the bottle and seal it, too, if you wanted to buy one of those.

I'm mostly a beer guy but I enjoy wine. I just make sure to finish the bottle when I open it, and that elIminates the issue of storage, but I also recognize that I'm a drunk with a problem.

you could see amazing castles and palaces, besides some of the best art museums in the world and nice 19th century architecture like Gran Vía
