IIRC there are odd villages in places like Syria that are the genetic descendants of European settlers from the crusades. There aren't many but they do exist (again not the products of rape but whole families).

I hate the framing of this question because it implies so many different things about Europe that are modern conceptions about things such as race and ethnicity. The fact of the matter is that the Southern part of Europe has seen ancient migration waves that are different in character from the North. European history in it's early formation does not concern itself with anything to the North and extends far out from the contemporary borders of Europe to the the South and East. I think the whole world has been somewhat stunted on this issue because history was fundamentally changed by the introduction of 'we wuzzing' from Germanic people in the 18-20th century so much that people implicitly believe the ambiguous and vague theories of 'racial' history.

It is European history, it's just that it is fundamentally flawed to talk about Europe as a monolith, particularly in the early formations of great civilizations like Rome and Greek. In this context, their area of influence dealt more with the Mediterranean which in today's world is just a small part of the Europe. The concept of Europe is more of an effect of Christendom than a true racial order.

Everyone knows and has known that Italians are swarthy. That doesn't mean White nationalist hate Italians or think Italians aren't true Europeans. I mean Italy is sunnier than the rest of Europe, after all. Of course they'd have somewhat darker skin. There is a degree of overlap. Italians are Mediterraneans and Europeans. Russians are Eurasians and Europeans. There is probably a "core Europe" with countries such as the Netherlands and Poland being nothing but Europe. Other countries have some nuance.

If we are being pedantic about the word Europe and European, the "core Europe" will be Mediterranean if we view the concept trough history. Even the early history of these people(Poles for example) are only known by the Roman writings on Scythia. It's shows the fundamental flaw of this thinking as describing a core Europe as anything but the people who actually formed the civilization.

Yeah I'm just messing around, in reality the MENA region is really diverse, so trying to classify us is pretty hard and pointless, so just leave it as Arab, also what makes it more retarded is that Arab is mostly used as a linguistic identity rather than an ethnic one, so the "Arab race" is really just a melting pot of different ethnicities depending on region, though most would say that the actual Arabs are the Gulf arabs, more specifically in Yemen, which have darker skin on average.

I can't explain these things well if you insist on using modern concepts of these things to describe history when these things did not exist, it would be more accurate to say that if North Africa and Middle East that were under Roman influence had gone the same way as what is known as Europe today (geographically) it would have been considered part of the same civilization, the establishment and authority of European kingdoms was defined by their loyalty to Rome (the papacy).
