Your Nation
what does denim mean?
it's the name of the fabric (the thing the jeans are mad out of)
so why not just say jeans?
USA
They are comfortable but overpriced.

I like them, wear them nearly every day.

They are pretty okay, but I prefer to wear sweatpants and tracksuits like 90% of the time. Only times I wear jeans is if I'm going to something semi-important

I started buying one pair of raw denim jeans a year about 7 years ago. It has been a really good system since they last forever and wear in very nice, so now I have 5-6 pairs of good jeans I can rotate through. It's expensive to buy them, but the quality is worth it. I don't wear jeans every day, sometimes I wear dressier pants, but pretty much every male at my university wears jeans, khakis, or sweatpants. But khakis are only popular with younger kids and idiots who think they qualify as dress pants, while sweatpants are worn by autists who don't care or dudes who go to the gym.
I do envy how women can wear leggings since they go with almost anything and are definitely very comfy
>Your opinion on denim jeans
I wear them indoors only. I live in an urban area, so all the filth would just get stuck in the fabric.

Inferior to Dickies in every way possible. Less breathable, more expensive and if you get a pair that's easy to move around in they have so much Lycra they get loose and wear out in six months.
They are better than non denim jeans - trousers they call them.
I have one slim black ones which are too tight now and one very light blue ones but they got ripped everywhere plus i cut the cuffs to look cool and shorter, so in the end i need some wider blue pair and one wider black one. I prefer sweatpants though, but i cant wear them to work. I have some more formal trousers, but i dont want to wear them everyday without a reason.
Dickies are brand of clothing, what are talking about?
the only acceptable male casual attire
Indeed the brand, I should have specified. Really just 'work pants' usually a cotton polyester blend.
you could be a twink

>jeans
well yeah I guess if you're not important to the wedding and just another mouth to feed
Way to common on women. I would like to see the re emergence of skirts, ideally with thigh high socks as well
Ok, what about carhartt then? I want to buy either dickies or carhartt jeans from abroad. Not dungarees though, just plain blue wide low rise jeans.
>Carhartt
meme brand
Levi's
>des nimes
something french
on another not I always find it funny how americans try to use them as proof that they "won the cultural victory"
I mean carhartt as in workwear clothing not carhartt wip that schoolgirls wear.
I have a pair of slim black levis, but they are getting too tight and comfortable, yeah im getting wider.
flag
jeans are 20th century clothes
>carhartt as in workwear clothing
still a meme brand
I've never gotten Dickies jeans. I've always gotten the 874 work pants. Carhartt is probably really nice, I've never tried their regular pants. Carhartt's winter stuff is A+ here though.
just go a size up then. or try stretching them out.
so i've been told.
And? Dickies too. Everything is a memebrand, i rather something thats been a meme brand for a long time, not something that gets old in one year.
I had enough of levis, want to try something else
Thanks.
>Everything is a memebrand
Levi's is ancient and not a meme brand.
I prefer a woollen jean, with the silken jean coming a close second.
god i wish that were me...
(the female in the left btw)
Skirts should reach below the knee. Mini-skirts are slutty and disgusting.
BASED
tracksuits 99% of the time
(I have a nice nike one, an adidas one, a puma one and a slazenger one, all full sets)
jeans if it has to be "smart" so 1% of the time
It is a memebrand, deal with it. It’s definitely not as good as before, but dad still has their jeans from late 80s, when american stuff got imported here and they still have only minor rips, you can feel the quality. Mine are fucking shit. Better than blue pair i had before though.
depends entirely on which ones you get. buy a pair of 511's non-stretch type and they're thick and durable as ever.

2. Good, they are my choice whenever I go out
