I was still in preschool at the time. I remember drawing cute pictures of planes flying into towers after seeing it in the news.

I was in school. Had a little walk after the classes. Then I came home and watched the news while eating my lunch. It was a good day.

Watched the news coverage in school (5th grade at the time)
>how did you react to the news?
Sad for the victims and for the first couple days, I thought there was going to be a world war that I'd eventually be drafted into. Later I mostly felt like pic related.

>almost all hijackers were Saudis
>OP's pic has Pepe in Afghan clothing

What did he mean by this?

He meant that white don't distinguish Arabs at all.

I was watching animu kawaii while masturbating my anus. My mom enters the room and said:
-"World Tower is down"
Me:
-"No"

I was 11 at the time i was at school when it happened didnt even found out until i got home, adults watched the same footage on loop playing on the news all Day, kinda understood it was a big deal but thats about it, day went as normal for me

please leave toddler and never return
woke up for grade 7 (12 y/o). turned on tv at 6:55ish to watch Arthur which came on from7-7:30 PST (eastern-3hrs). It was about 10 am in NY so the buildings were on fire but hadnt collapsed. Had no idea what the big hulabaloo was. It was on every channel though (this was back when cable was 20-30 channels), we're talking nickelodeon and treehouse were covering it. Basically just the talking heads rambling endlessly. Afterwards I remember for the next several months no one would shut up about 'bush' 'terrorism' or '9/11'.. like I mean the word terrorism wasnt even in most peoples vocabulary pre 9/11. It became the most trite buzzword Ive ever heard. Later bush kept rambling and something about the Middle east developed and I tuned out because it was boring. Still the most self victimizing and pathetic coverage the MSM has ever done, they proceeded to genocide entire cities like bhagdad because a couple towers fell boohoo

I was in class
I think the teacher rolled in a TV to show us

I was in school, I barely remember it, my parents told me something bad happened.
Years later I found out something beautiful happened, fuck mutts they deserved much worse.

I live in New York state so I got to leave school super early. I was hyped that I got to go home and catch the entire episode of Pokemon that usually airs at 4PM

I'm an old boomer. I was at college and my mother kept calling despite not having class till the afternoon. When I finally got up I turned on the TV and saw the second hit live. A bunch of kids were from NYC and lost parents. One girl had lost her mother to cancer in high school, her father was one of the firefighters that died meaning she had no parents left.

and now you see what your haughty police officer imperialism costs

>and now you see what your haughty police officer imperialism costs

>Fly a plane into a building with civilians from all over the world
Yeah they really showed the government.
How dare the U.S. send troops to the ME at the request of Middle Eastern nations to oust a despot who just invaded a neighbor. That was honestly one of Bin Laden's reasons he disliked us. Because we sent troops to aid an Arab country.

I was mad because I couldn't suck on mommas tit anymore. She had to save up for my soon to be born bro.

I was at work. We got sent home early, and had the next day off.

At my friends house, we were downloading anime over MIRC somehow. As we started watching Hikaru No Go his mother came into the room and told us to turn on the TV, and on the screen both towers were smoking.

I was watching tv and then an emergency broadcast interrupted my show. My parents switched to the news channel and i remember my mom hysterically crying. My uncle was in the second tower when it came down

went home from school and watched it unfold at my grandma's house, was absolute kino
