Not really. His relations with Wilson were incredibly strained because Wilson not only refused to acknowledge Free France as the legitimate successor to the Third Republic, but also tried to have De Gaulle replaced (France was offered representation at Yalta on the condition that De Gaulle did not show up, which was naturally unacceptable). If you look after the war, he had incredibly close ties to Kennedy and Nixon though.
