That’s actually pretty good for a minimal change in routine. At least you’re losing weight and not gaining like me.

how often do you swim? how long is each session?

polak potrafi!

based, keep it up

good job

monday-friday, too many people there in the weekend and i don't like people
i swim for around 45 minutes, mainly breaststroke style, because it's least tiring(but still bumping the pulse significantly), and i can do it all the time without resting
i make around 60x pool lenght(25m) in that time

pretty impressive results. I'm slowly turning into a fat fuck, so I might try it out.

I haven't really swimmed since high school though, and even then, I just barely learned it to pass my swimming test. I wonder if I still know how to swim.

Haven't really swam*
I mean swimmed could probably work but it isn't the best way to do it.

I have also lost 10 kilos since april
This was easy
I just had to step up on the weight sometimes and suddenly i began

>dropped 50lbs in two months since I started fighting and stopped eating food

Join a combat sport user, it's the best results imaginable.

>grammar Nazi

dropped the sugar jew aswell

>dropped 50lbs in two months

this cant be healthy

God i hate kikes so much

Good work lad. Do you have a weight loss goal?

I gained 2 kg since i stopped snusing

going down to 80kg would be great
i am 180cm/98kg now

Love you too Fritz.
It doesn't sound good I don't get what's your problem, what's wrong with everyone talking that sounds right?

how did you start swimming?

what to wear to pool etc

maybe he was just very fat

>what to wear to pool

swim shorts

WOW WHOLE 2KG

Combination of both. Weighed 290 at the start, decided to get down to my highschool wrestling weight of 260, got there and realized I lost a lot of muscle since wrestling and therefore had to lose even more weight. Got to 240 and was happier with my weight relative to my strength so I decreased the deficit significantly and started focusing more on training than weight loss. 215 now, look and feel great, so I doubt I did any serious damage.

Really wasn't even that hard, just did omad for 1500 calories and training 4 days a week.

>sweets
>only exercise is fucking cardio
>lost 2kg

fucking dyel lmao
