I think saying "most" is a gross exaggeration but there are some truly fucking third world parts of this country and I'm not even sure if the other posters here understand that.

I've heard this before but I don't think it's really true. Most Americans exceed speed limits constantly by the way. You're unlikely to be ticketed anywhere I've lived unless you're at least 15 over.
