The only type of whites is Northern European. Southern Europeans are brown, which is why until literally half a century or so ago it was nearly impossible or them to come here. I dont see how it can happen as anywhere I would move to I would teach my children the language I was taught at birth. It is extremely cucked to not do so. But most of the times it can happen with first: racemixing. So if only one of the parents speak the language the kid is less likely to learn it. Second, assimilation with the other local kids. For example my French friend from France speaks obviously French but unlike his parents, picked the Canadian French accent from the other kids, teachers, neighbors, etc. So when he goes to France he must repeat himself a lot in order for his family to understand him. Third of all assimilation by effort, this happened a lot in the USA where speaking only English was actively enforced. But yea most of the times the parents are to blame.

I said that America is not based on British culture and actually the south would probably be the best example of the difference. America, and often the south in particular, is mostly based on "what if" whereas British culture is "what is." You value self-determination and personal liberties far more than Brits and their former Anglo colonies. The south especially was also built on agrarianism and the culture based on agrarian expansion. Britain civilisation is based on limited land and resources, exactly the opposite of the south.
