Now the question is whether they will accept the application with just a temporal residence permit/work visa (instead of Falkland Island status which takes 7 years of residency) but chances are they don't recognize all that shit anyway.
Asher Jenkins
>temporal residence permit/work visa Lmao
Hudson Ross
Germany has zero visa requirements in here
Mason Cox
As an OCT the Falklands don't fall under the European Union's freedom of movement but EU citizens obviously get preferred treatment when it comes to works visas and residency down there.
The question is whether Argentine authorities will just accept a simple proof that one does live there or prefer full FIS (Falkland Islander Status) because why would they recognize documents of a desputed territory anyway, lmao.
Logan Reed
readI'm talking about the Falklands not ra
Joseph King
travel to Argentina*
Xavier Wood
Oh, uhmm idk then..
Caleb Peterson
What the fuck are you talking about? You just land here and that's all you don't need anything to enter argentine territory if you have an EU passport. Or are you asking to be a Kelper?
As a side note argentine passports need no visa of any kind to enter into the Falklands, despite what most people believe
Matthew Cooper
You don't get it.
My plan is
>get a job on the Falklands >apply for work visa/residence permit for it >apply for immediate Argentine passport based on Terra Del Fuego provisions >???? >Profit >second passport
Nathaniel Barnes
>Or are you asking to be a Kelper? Nice reading comprehension
Jack Reed
But what do you want? To remain in the Falklands or solely the passport?
If you want the argentine citizenship and then the passport you don't need to do that, just take a plane to Tierra del Fuego with no visa, not anything, and that's all. There are no visa requirements nor anything for EU nationals in our country, in fact the article 26 protects european immigrants specifically about staying here. There's barely any control on immigration here, literally as soon as you are on argentine soil, even if a plane drops you in a box, you will never ever be deported, nor asked what are you doing here
Now, if you want to get the passport with solely residing in the Falklands and nowhere else, I don't know. Technically it would be according with the law but no idea
Carson Wright
It's just about the passport, bro.
>If you want the argentine citizenship and then the passport you don't need to do that, just take a plane to Tierra del Fuego with no visa
Really? You can just apply without having residency prior during a tourist stay? Usually no minimum time of residency still means having an established residency statues. I find that hard to believe. What does the actual law say? My Spanish isn't that great.
Josiah Nguyen
He doesn't know what he's talking about
Austin Johnson
I think he doesn't get the Falklands part. It's just a trick to get residency as an EU citizen and then using this as a trick to get the Argentinian citizenship.
Julian Stewart
>Argentina >law Not the user you're replying to, but there's no such a thing here. I know centracas who come here and bitch because they have to pay 1000$ (less than 30 euro) as a fee to remain here.
Wanna have a visa for whatever reason? Just enroll at ANY public university (it's completely free for foreigners, no taxes nor nothing) or some spanish course or shit, and there you go, there's your student visa, but AFAIK european residents need none. Then "suddenly make up your mind" that you want to remain here, get a place to stay, tell it to the local govt office and that's all, welcome to Argentina
Anthony Rivera
Might move to Tierra del Fuego.
Matthew Rogers
>It's just about the passport, bro. You are batshit crazy or you just want to slowly kill yourself. Being an argie is a curse.
Joseph Reed
this is literally worse than germany tier
Easton Martinez
I don't live there so I don't know how that law works, but I know people who got permanent residence (2 years) in Bs As doing that. There's this salvadorian guy who came here because he got deported from Spain for overstaying his visa and he enroled at my uni to have student visa, also worked as a cook under the table. In two years he failed more than 5 courses and there is it, he can remain here forever now. He was so dumb that he didn't even try to marry a local woman (which would grant him citizenship) because he's a leftist, and yet there is. As long as you don't call the attention and are "doing something" you'll never be deported, even if you entered illegally
This country is a fucking joke
Ethan Howard
m8, this is seriously even more fucked up than germany I mean getting into germany is legit hard as refugee, and at least they're rich enough.. but why is argentina doing this? it's fucked up
>but why is argentina doing this? The only reason I can think for is politicians getting votes and money. Or simply because this country is the mental asylum of the world and won't explode until it reaches Zimbabwe levels (which I wouldn't be surprised)
William Wilson
Puedo hablar espanol un poco
Luis Edwards
Alright, so the fastest way would be:
>enroll into National University of Tierra del Fuego >get student visa an move to Ushuaia >immediately apply for a passport >get a second passport as long as the processing time takes under special Tierra Del Fuego provisions
Amidoinitrite?
Asher Davis
Maybe all Nazis were cucks, and you being the one country that took them in made your country become like this. I don't know, too much of a coincidence. lol.
Kayden Lee
Because it's explicit on our constitution, we keep the doors open to everyone.
Yo deseo. Posiblemente en el futuro si yo voy enseñar el ingles.
Jeremiah Brooks
IMO >enroll into National University of Tierra del Fuego >get student visa an move to Ushuaia >ask local govt office about remaining there and the nationalization law (because you'll need some legal address, even if it's a rented room or your student residence. Having an address is a must for almost anything, even if it's another person's house who's hosting you, or even if you don't physically live there, it's just for the papers) >apply for nationality >get it (I have no idea how the process is) >immediately apply for a passport >get a second passport as long as the processing time takes under special Tierra Del Fuego provisions Passports are processed in 15 days approx, they're sent to your home. So you'll need the address as stated before
Nathaniel Harris
idk there are 304829108373 videos of argentines talking about politics on youtube.
All of them know how to rule a country, how to make laws, how to drive the economy, how to be first world, how to manage a football team, etc.
Ayden Edwards
probablemente vas a ganar mas y vivir mejor como guia turistico, suerte con tu proyecto
Jordan Peterson
kek, but he seems pretty okay to me. Just don't be a cunt and become a free loader.
Zachary Robinson
Alright, so apparently due to extending its offers to the Falklands Islands the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco with some campuses in Tierra Del Fuego has several courses in English, among them a long-distance course in political science, haha. This shit seems to be too easy. :^)
Colton Brown
You can go to a slum and demand the government to give you documents, welfare and a free house. But you'd be probably raped or killed in the slum and/or the government won't give you anything because you're white
Or maybe not, maybe you can get a harem of rochas who will kill each other to suck your dick and get the villeros to like you as the first german to live in a slum and become a top criminal or cumbia (local version of ghetto rap) singer under the name "El Alemán" (the german)
Ya lo terminé >muh they just need an oportunity argument again
Landon Gray
>this shit seems to be too easy. :^) It is. The thing is that since this country is so shit, the only ones coming here and exploiting our retarded laws are bolivians, paraguayans, etc
Elijah Rodriguez
This country is just a drama circus. It's all screaming and screaming and doing nothing
Thomas Murphy
>Or maybe not, maybe you can get a harem of rochas who will kill each other to suck your dick and get the villeros to like you as the first german to live in a slum and become a top criminal or cumbia (local version of ghetto rap) singer under the name "El Alemán" (the german)
I don't really care about any of that shit. I just want a second passport or maybe three or four.
Oliver Cruz
ahahhaha parece video de propaganda de alemania creo que no les sentó bien recibir a la SS I once heard that actually blonde blonde, like really germanic looking women in argentina are super stuck up cunts, true?
Nicholas Jenkins
>just want a second passport or maybe three or four But why? You already have one of the strongest passports in the world
Isaiah Taylor
>Baby Etchecopar
Based and redpilled my fellow magapede! Praise Kek!
Nathan King
So here is my plan:
>already have German passport >Passport number: 1 >spend an Erasmus year in France and transfer to a French university to finish my masters (France grants citizenship just after 2 years of residency if you finish your studies there) >Passport number: 2 >pull off this Tierra del Fuego shit during one summer vacation to get an Argentine passport >Passport number: 3 >join the Grenadian citizenship by investment program, they effectively sell their passport for just $150k >Passport number: 4 >marry a foreign national >Passport number: 5
Nathan Young
I've met blonde germanic women who were friendly and nice, and literal rochas who thought that they were Angelina Jolie
But women here in general are very complicated whether blonde or not
Brayden Ortiz
do you have a criminal record?
Alexander Bailey
No. I just want to feel like James Bond :^)
Ryan Jackson
lol ok, not gonna try anything anyways, they are used to the latino look so I'm not exotic at all or anything, kek.
Well your accent is exotic I guess, not something you hear everyday
Except for me, my previous area boss was a mexican lady kek. Really very nice person
Michael Sanders
mierda, el nivel de enajenacion mental de los arginegros como op esta mas alla de mi comprension
Ethan Morgan
are you white? you dont get benefits as white m8 Maybe if argentina's economy really goes to shit I will sex tourism, since going to germany is too expensive explica
Lincoln Carter
Based. i will go there
Tyler Powell
No sane person wants to come to this country
Nolan Russell
Yeah, but I'm dark enough that I'd claim to be Hispanic and fleeing Venezuela.
Brody Bell
many people come only for the free universities, but they do not stay except Venezuelans
Ayden Price
chileans go there to study for free
Jeremiah Flores
Why the hell not? Compared to Brazil, Argentina is a paradise.
Ryder Perez
>they do not stay
Lmao what country are you living in? We have like 2 million undocumented immigrants who build slums and they never left. And a lot of normal immigrants have stayed and haven’t left either.
Landon Hernandez
>Compared to Brazil, Argentina is a paradise. What kind of bug did bite you?
He’s a self-hating cuck like most argies Come here if you want Brazilbro
Lucas Reyes
>but they do not stay If only
Dylan Nguyen
Nobody comes here really except for the venezuelans but even they choose more to Chile, even the bolivians are leaving this country because of the crisis
truth is we receive a lot of inmigrants because they have high expectations, but we are a small country so they quickly realize they are not getting a proper job or a job at all, which is why they are abandoning ship and moving to argentina, and from there probably they will move to uruguay and then brasiu
Owen Taylor
>that colombia holy shit, how do Colombians deal with them?
>1) Juráis por Dios y estos Santos Evangelios respetar fielmente la Constitución Nacional y las Instituciones de la República? >2) Juráis por Dios, respetar fielmente la Constitución Nacional y las Instituciones de la República? OH NONONONO
Jordan Phillips
>e) inhabiting or encouraging the inhabitation of the territory of Tierra del Fuego, Antartida or Islands of the South Atlantica
So I don't even have to live there As long as I "encourage the inhabitation"?
