I imagine Saksa means Saxons and Alemania Alemani and Germany Germania. Not sure where Niemcy and Tysk come from though
Tysk means of the people in norse like deutysk and niemcy means the people who are mute from slavic as opposed to slovany which means people of the word (slavs).
Nem - mute
Nemčija - the land of the mutes (people who can't speak a Slavic language)
Same applies for all the variations in other Slavic languages
tysk has the same origin as deutsch
