I'm 174/5cm, or at least I was a few years ago (could have shrunk, who knows). Only ever really thought about my height while going through a Jow Forums phase and using it to work out other measures in relation to diet, etc.
The only times I've felt uncomfortable about being "short" is being approached by a group of teenagers clearly a little under half my age who I would maybe reach their eye line. It just feels a little weird.
