Belgium has always produced the best chocolate I've had.

Though close second is a small selection of American chocolate treats from some NY place I can never recall.

Maybe. Ritter isn't popular at all here though, so I don't know if it would be worth to take the risk.

The chocolate market here is almost exclusively Greek (Ion, Pavlides, Lacta, et al) with the only exception being Milka.
