I solved it and I became a "semi-normie", i.e. I still have my IQ but I gained mad social skills, good sleep, libido, nice friends and a beautiful gf. The thing is: I'm still poor. I have made some money thanks to biz (10k) but I'm still far from making it. The thing is: I'm still happy as fuck. The secret is simple: Depression is physiological, and I'm gonna give you the routine that helped me the most after trying 3498294824 different protocols:

Take with each meal:
- Thiamine pyrophosphate: 25 mg
- Riboflavin-5-phosphate: 20 mg
- Niacinamide: 500 mg
- P5P: 50 mg
-Taurine: 1 g
-Gycine: 1g
- Vitamin C: 1g

Try to take 4 or 5 cups of good quality coffee a day and try to eat a good amount of sugar each day.

There are more things that can help like K2(mk4), Vitamin D, A, E. This are the fat solubles and I megadosed them for a while with good results but the protocol above have been life changing.

Bowel tolerance is extremely high in Vitamin C deficient people. I used to take 10 grams with each meal without going to the loo. Good times.

A good diet can help, but it's not really going to cure what's wrong with depression - your head.

Sugar is not bad. The problem is a compromised body that can't convert sugar to ATP. B1, B2, B3 and B6 will help to regulate sugar even in extreme cases. I consume 90 grams of sugar a day and my insulin sensitivity is perfect. In fact, one of the thing that fucked my health was going into the no-sugar paradigm.

I beg to disagree. A diet high in fat and protein withou sugar will destroy the health of the Chadest of the Chads faster than jumping of a cliff. Your body will be running on cortisol and adrenaline the whole time. The literature is overwhelming: fructose and glucose are extremely therapeutic accompanied by the right doses and form of B-vitamins. You need sugar for absolutely fucking everything. Your body break down your tissues when glycogen is absent. AND A LOT OF COMPROMISED PEOPLE CAN'T DIGEST STARCH OR FRUIT CORRECTLY. That's when white sugar come to the rescue.

I know it but this protocol will help anyone. I have some friends that helped me as a guinea pigs after I tried it and they all are still doing it. Not a big sample, 5 persons, but there is literally no reason how this protocol would not help anyone. These are the vitamins that people are more deficient at the tissue level.

Stach digestion tends to be compromised in sick/depressed people. If undigested stack is a bomb of serotonin and endotoxin. I would recommend to limit them for a time albeit not eliminating them. Once the body is healthy it will digest anything without problems.

I stay out of depression by shitposting and working out. It seems to work splendidly. I only have a handful of friends as well so hanging out with them occasionally helps and doesn't make me feel like a total loser. Everyone should just do those things.

Drink milk or water
7-9 hours of sleep a night
Exercise at least 3-4 days per week, ideally a blend of lifting high weight low reps and cardio
Stop using social media

Have a job or go to school
Make an effort to spend time with friends and family, or make friends
Get out in nature when you can, get some sun
