180 is a pretty good weight for 6'1" but only if a good part of it is muscle.
Yeah it's not, sadly. If I were this weight with muscle and low-ish body fat I'd be pretty strong and fit

Yeah I've been substituting fast food for homemade stuff and salads, and only water for the past three weeks and I've been feeling better actually. Now it's a matter of getting my bum ass to the gym once more
I'm 37 so I could lose some weight but I'm not obese. I'm overweight by I but have a higher muscle mass than most (especially for my age). So most would say I could lose a few pounds off my stomach/mid section but beyond that I'm pretty active. The shitty thing is that no matter how thin or fat, athletic or lazy my pants constantly slide down. I think I lack the hip angle to keep wants up.
