Almost no results. How do I not give up? Do you international guys have motivational stories about lifting?

no motivation, just want to get better. I focused mainly on lower body
>20 minute air walker
>20 minute cycle
>20 minute treadmill
lost 2 kg, improved stamina a little and love handles got better other than that no physical changes much. Started lifting and got a better jawline though

You need to eat more, Ivan. Simple as that. Start eating twice as many blins as you were before, snack more often throughout the day, etc

>Lift for 5 years
>Do cardio for a month
>Lose lots of fat and look like Zeus
Feelsgoodman, you need keep going m8.

Are you eating properly? Diet is half the battle, and if you are not starting to see results after 5 months, you are probably not eating enough.

>7 months of the gym
>large gains but body looks kind of shitty anyway
>miss my weak but harmonious twink physique
Don't gymcel if you don't have the body and face for it

It takes a while and a lot of eating mate

1. Exercise for pleasure. Once you enjoy it, you'll keep at it, and gains will happen over time. Don't push yourself into misery
2. Eat more, avoid sugar, and drink water. You'll gain good weight and enjoy yourself. Enjoy young metabolism
3. >5 months
It's a multi-year investment. That's why joy is so important. If you're happy, you'll stick with it and keep your form forever. Be patient and happy. Don't rush, and don't worry too much
4. Learn muscle groups. Buy a book or read online, but it helps. I thought it was a meme, but it's fun. You learn what you're building, and how to gauge other people. Plays into the joy, I think

Breakfast - banana milk and quark ~30 gr prot
Dinner - chicken pasta ~30-40
Supper - chicken but rice or buckwheat ~30-40

Don’t have money for better diet, should I eat more ? 120 gr is not enough ? 178/75

>body looks kind of shitty anyway
Women rarely care though

Post bOdy

take creatine, dude

If you're masculine enough in the first place they don't. But if you have feminine/boyish face and frame you'll look like absolute shit if you get muscly but don't keep at a really low body fat percentage.

Are you lifting for women, or for yourself? Women are less attracted to looks than confidence/comfort/belonging. Build muscle for yourself first; you're the only person who cares, and the most important

>Paying to do cardio

Treadmill is better than running outdoors. It lets you set the inclination.

YOU GOTTA EAT BIG TO GET BIG CMON!

Drink MED cum to boost testosterone

It's not grams you should be counting but calories. Desu you don't even have to keep count, just make sure that every meal you have, you add a bit extra on top of what you'd normally eat. Every meal should leave your stomach feeling stretched

its not about protein but calories
thats less than 2000kcal. you need much more

Never liked >1 scoop
This. Just eat lots. I do big breakfasts and late lunches, and I manage. It's also pleasant

Do 5x5 if you're a skinnylet

>he goes to the gym instead of doing sports

>tfw never gone to gym
>tfw 193cm and athletic with wide shoulders
>eat like a bodybuilder despite not doing anything

feels good to be of superior viking stock

>playing sports instead of gyming when your main goal is physique
brainlet tier post

Have to eat big to get big. Caloric intake seems to be the problem for most scrawny people trying to improve their physique

>life for a bit at home
>see results
>brother finishes work program and is now a neet
>no longer have any time where im consistently the only one home
>it's also outside in open view so i have to time it for when the neighbors aren't going to be coming down the driveway or anybody else is dropping by
>stop lifting
