BVI being tenth, Luxembourg being first The list was made by James Hines, American doctor in economics and gradute from Yale University When are we going to do something about these shitholes?
It’s already legally feasible... they are operating as dependent states with separate laws, etc., governed by royal contract rather than base politics. All it takes is some willing collusion between different bands and government, with some startup capital and academics/brainpower establishing credit unions and “””national banks”””.
Can you imagine? Fuck it would be glorious. Mainland tax havens only an hour or two flights away from most major Northern US cities. A steady stream of capital flowinng into the pockets of small land tied groups of de facto aristocrats. Economic stimulation in some of our poorest communities, all the while it could be passed off as “progressive” and “anticolonialist” to the general public.
Take your local Rez. Now imagine it having its own airfield, and being operated like a mini Singapore or Luxembourg. Now imagine these tiny pockets of free market being essentially operated as feudal clans, legally seperated from international affairs, geologically and racially centrered. Not even native, but having an aristocratic class ethnically and geographically tied to the country is much preferable to our current transnational elite.
Just thinking about it gets my dick hard.

I still don't get how people "use" these tax havens. Explain to me how the fuck they work? Do people just open bank accounts or move the registry of their companies there so they don't have to deal with taxes in their home countries?
Austin Jenkins
You already have internal tax havens user.
Tyler Roberts
Andorra used to be one but currently unironically is Romania. If you have 3 employees and under 1 million euros in income the tax rate is 1%. For dividends it's 5%. For software developers if they register as individual contractors they are exempt from the income tax rate for 10 years.
Ethan Hernandez
Yes it's that simple in most cases.

Especially Britain owns a lot of these tax havens, literally trillions and trillions of money is stored there. It was always like this though, the rich swim in money and average person works 9-5 until he's 70 for €2k/month.
Henry Carter
All my customers are in Luxembourg. Leave them alone.
Do what? Stop taxing people more than 50% to give free money to foreigners and fund your corruption schemes and maybe they'll stop taking their money elsewhere.
Logan Ward
I think we’ll start imprisoning these tax evaders instead.

All tax havens should be isolated. It ia disfrancing my country and washing stolen money. The fact they breed the same air as us ia a insult to us all! Im looking at eu members in particulary that have no shame worsf of them all being like almost always thr notorious swamp jew. Eternal shame for you people.

I agree we should kick out all members unless theyd agreed to pay all money stolen as tax reveneu to all eu members. This is theaf.

>aving an aristocratic class ethnically and geographically tied to the country is much preferable to our current transnational elite.
Who cares? The only reason why any aristocrat would care for those under them was out of necessity, not because they're of the same race. Money will always transcend the tribe.

>Ireland is a tax haven
Lowering your corporation tax isn't illegal. It's called capitalism.
AYO YOU FROM JERSEY DO THE THING 'YEEEEERP PASS THE BOAG'
Gabriel Johnson
>open up offices in ireland where tax rate is 12.5% >have goldman sachs work their magic so your US profits are counted as being part of your ireland profits >pay 12.5% corporate tax rate instead of USA’s 35% or whatever it’s pretty based for the tax haven because companies are willing to pay the tax rate to keep it low. A study I read a while ago said in belgium (high corporate tax rate, 40% or something) and Ireland (12.5%) the average actually paid was 12.4%
Jace Morales
Tax havens today are classified whether they operate on the classic/traditional or the "modern" model. These are then sub-categorized between whether they are personal or corporate tax havens or both. On top of that you have hybrids which combine various features for example Belize which operates on a territorial taxation principle meaning only business conducted inside the country is subject to nominal taxation and VAT rates whereas income derived from outside the country is not subject to either tax or VAT.
The names you most often hear about being tax havens like BVI, Caymans, Bahamas and other Caribbean islands operate on the classic model. Both individual and corporate taxation are 0% nominal and effective tax rates. Places like Jersey or IoM have corp taxation of 0%, banks 10%, real estate companies 20%. Individuals are taxed max at 20% and capped at 120kGBP. Translation: anything you make above 600kGBP per year is not taxed.
Best modern models and the most often used combination are the Netherlands and Ireland. Note however these are only corp tax havens, because resident individuals are still taxed high. Netherlands nominal corp tax rate is 25%. However if you manage to convince the tax authorities that your business is of an "innovative nature" or heavily involved in "r&d" then the tax rate is only 5%. Still, only a minority of companies have done that. The most typical manner that international corps have used NL and Ireland is through a network of subsidiaries established between each other and income transiting untaxed on a combination of legal exceptions targeted at patents, royalties and dividends with the end destination being a classic tax haven where the HQ/owner of the subsidiary really is from the perspective of the tax authorities (for example iirc Ireland has a double taxation treaty with Bermuda exactly on income derived from royalties and patents but not on regular income regarding corporations).
Michael Taylor
capitalism has though people, especially americans, that exploitation is a good thing
Luke Nguyen
Just lower your corporations tax lmao. It's not that hard.
Jaxson Watson
seethe harder pierre and you, alberto
Chase Watson
thats the last thing you should want, especially anyone in the EU
Aaron Peterson
Then you also have Malta where nominal corporation tax rate is 35% and the same for the highest bracket of personal taxation. Here however the tax authorities employ a system where shareholders can credit the tax paid against their own obligations effectively reducing their tax rate at 5% in most cases.
Caleb Lee
No one said its illegal. The real issue is how much longer we are allowed get away with it, and if having our nation be a neo-liberal colony for MNC's who don't care about Ireland.
Xavier Bailey
aristocratic wealth, at least in a real aristocratic agrarian society, is not based upon money and fiance, but land. And that requires a form of support for those beneath them that is reinforced by religion and local ties.
>These niggers are a parasite and a leech to the EU We're net contributors as of 2014 >attracting GAFA companies with their non existent tax rates Corporation tax is a stupid idea anyway. Enterprise shouldn't be punished
