ITT: Post little odd bits of trivia about your cunt that may be interesting to others but which doesn't deserve its own thread.
For instance: pizza in Sweden is always accompanied by pickled cabbage salad (called "pizza salad"). If you order pizza, you will get a small container with pizza salad to go.
Also, any Swede always knows what week number it is, it's how we schedule things ("the exam is on week 45"). I heard that's not common elsewhere, which sounds really strange. Is that true?
We also celebrate "name days" which is unusual for Americans at least I figure. It's like a second minor birthday.
in america, if we have guests that are entering our home for the first time we offer them "hospitality corn". it can be a simple pot of cream corn or a dish made with the corn, but it's usually more simple like the former. it symbolizes the pilgrims relationship with the native americans.

Some people celebrate workers day here so it's in some calendars.

Americans don't take their shoes off in case there's a shooting outside and they need to be the Good Guy with a Gun
Ryan Price
I thought they put them in the freezer and then quickly warm them up in a toaster oven or microwave they prepared ahead of time if there's a shooting

Not a cunt but in Hawaii there are waaaaaaay more Asians than Polynesians or whites. Any "Hawaiian" you'd see is either mixed or Filipino.
Hawaii is touted as a "melting pot" but a lot of people don't like Micronesians because they sap up government spending and like to stab people.
Alaska has the highest gun ownership and private airplane ownership in the US. Also by FAR the most rapes and suicides.

From Wikipedia: >In Sweden, a particular type of cabbage salad made with a vinaigrette consisting of vinegar or acetic acid (vinegar essence), vegetable oil, salt, and seasonings is classically served with pizza and known as pizzasallad (pizza salad). The term coleslaw is reserved for cabbage salad with carrots and mayonnaise-based dressing, and is typically seen as part of the American cuisine.

Also, that pic is from Hawaiian graduations, where people get a lei from friends/family. I had so many in my graduation that I couldn't see, but unfortunately I didn't take any pictures...
Also there are 8 islands, but you cant go to one because it's privately owned, and you can't go to the other because it has unexploded bombs.
It's so funny to see people say Alaska is based and the best state when you live here. This place is a huge bummer.

Counting the week number of the year isn't common for most but is very common for farmers and horticulturalists, maybe this stems from Sweden's farming culture.
Nathan Parker

I remember when my cousin (female) did this when were visiting, when everyone else was outside. When when we came out our grandmother remarked that now I know where my cousin is sleeping tonight.
