I’ve met Republicans and Democrats alike who identify themselves this way
Are we the only country that identifies with political parties like they are an ethnic group?
>are ideologues exclusive to my country
no
Yes
not really, but americans seem to politicize things more than average. like is this video game or movie a sjw or red pilled and things like that. atleast on the internet, dunno what things are like in real life.
Yes. Normal countries have multiple parties that come and go, not tribes your clan chose to join years ago.
It baffles me how people have rabidly sided with Democrats or Republicans instead of voting according to their own beliefs or practicality. I'm likely going to register Independent at this point, it's all so depressing.
Things are pretty much that way in real life as well
Americans tend to be more politically savvy and aware than most other countries
why doesnt someone form a new party already? this democrat republican shit has been over played. Erdogan created his own party 18 years ago and those motherfuckers now run the country,
First past the post system. It's not that easy to get ahead of established parties.
I’ve legit met rural Americans who consider being a Republican like a religion and separate culture like being Mexican or French
Why does every thread with an American flag as the image always have some dumbass stupid shit attached to it?
It goes that way with zealots on both sides of the political spectrum.
> aware
i wouldn't call parroting your party line "politically savvy"
This 100%
I don’t consider anyone here who’s ideology is based solely on party affiliation to be “savvy”.
American partisanship is baffling. It's not like in Canada or Europe where you have monarchist and communist clashing. Where the chasm behind the beliefs justifies the violence. In America you just have two flavours of neoliberals distinguished solely by intensity of racism across either party.
>Americans tend to be more politically savvy and aware than most other countries
lol no
this is anecdotal evidence but everytime I talk about politics with amerimutts they never know the most basic concepts like what's capitalism or socialism and get really angry when I point out they're wrong.
I don’t think the sole distinction is racial, if that’s what your saying.
Well
You’re also a Spic so anything you say is automatically wrong
Capitalism and socialism are two words for the exact same thing.
>Americans tend to be more politically savvy and aware than most other countries
lol no
>You’re also a Spic so anything you say is automatically wrong
Sorry we don’t treat spanish speakers like humans here
Fuckmyou you Muslim shitskin queens asshole licker. You don’t get to point out when I’m wrong, you fucking degenerate commie low T soycuck.
The only argument we need is
Who has a gun
Who does not
The side that does wins usually
>this comming from the country with the second largest spanish speaking population in the world
lmao
lmao you just indirectly quoted a communist saying you stupid fuck
No
imagine if they didn't chimp out and got an anglo system
What’s wrong with quoting Communist?
American Maoist will triumph
Except I’d shoot the commie who said that to me
Guns are the great equalizer in this world you coward
spoken like a true socialist.
I identify as a lefty more strongly than I do as an American, and Republicans seem to conflate their nationality and political identity as if being a religious conservative is the only American option. It's unhealthy all around but I don't think it's unique.
I hope this is bait.
These are great examples of what is known as "Ameriposting" or "Burgerposting"
