In Canada we eat oats and sometimes follow meme diets and excerise from time to time

in sweden we lift rune stones and fight in holmgång and eat blood pudding
Very nice brother Svenska. How do you perfer ur blood pudding.
In France we have hot sex with our women.
The French diet is the best.
We go hiking and eat healthy
t. Colorado
We have to fight stronger goblinos in order to survive our Walmart trips. Those who cannot fight for their life are generally eaten alive.
with lingonberry jam
we don't because there's a huge factory in every city which works with no filters because of corrupt politicians so there's no point in even trying to stay healthy unless you are lucky to live in some irrelevant 10k pop shithole
>He will never strangle my throat with his thighs
>In France we have hot sex with our men.
Fix that for you
you're partly right, but only women do that, though
We don't, send help please. Nestle is paying to brainwash everyone and bring free milo vans to kids at school.

We cease eating Turkish food for a while and the pounds shed by themselves
Sounds like a bad situation. Do malays not exercise. I mean praying five times a day and eating less should help with weight loss as well as cutting out sugar.
What is turkish food like that makes it so fatty and weight inducing?
incel
Im not healthy at the moment, but I am losing weight to achieve healthiness for once. Down 30lbs (~14kg) and have 30 left to lose. Just been eating less calories than maintenance and lifting 3 times a week, not really adding that much strength due to the calorie deficit, but I will start focusing on lifting more when I get there. May try to get into strongman lifting
>How do people in ur cunt stay healthy
We don't.
Healthy at every size!
Thats great keep it up

WHO seems to have different data on that (Hungary is tied for 77th overall)
I was also surprised to see how many Arab countries were ahead of the USA (I already knew about Polynesian countries)
Sugar is subsidized by the state using oil monies because populism. As for milo the British empire provides milo rations to conscripted malays to fight the commies and as a result everyone buys the 'milo is tonic drink that makes you healthy' meme and milo shortage can be national crisis.
>Go to mosque at night
>After Allah Akbar they turn into CHRISTIANO RONALDO/CHELSEA watching english/german/etc football league till 2am at 24hr indian curry house eating indian flatbread dipped in coconut fat rich curry.
This is what muslim do instead of going clubbing, I have seen people chased home by his angry wife with a stick for not going back to their family after prayers. You just replace alcohol with tea with half a cup of condensed sweetened milk.
Also rapid change in several decades from poor agriculture but still keeping the diet like high calorie rice cooked in coconut milk while working in office environment. Same for mosque, eid adha used to be where we sacrifice a cattle for the poor but lack of poor and higher income means 10 cattle for the same community with 15kg for every person.
>Someone had a son
>Yay party time, order a whole grilled lamb
>Someone died
>Read koran together for the guy then free curry noodle for everyone
>Someone finished koran for 1st time
>Yay sticky rice with beef curry for everyone
I feel thats a problem for alot of muslims countries that are conservative. Instead of clubbing or other activities that let you blow off steam , the main form of enjoyment at night is just eating fatty rich foods filled with sugar. If the prophet (pbuh) saw what muslims eat during ramadan these days im sure he would not be happy.
sounds comfy
We work.
For me it's hunting and fishing. It provides motivation for a fit lifestyle as well as healthy food.
>Slovakia
>Greece

>fatter than us
We're literally the fattest nation in all of Europe, even if I hadn't had the data to prove it, my personal experiences and common sense would beg to differ. How on earth would healthy med nations be fatter than our greasy, paprikás Eastern European shithole where everyone is stuffed chock full with potatoes, meats and literal metric tons of sweets.
That WHO data is full of shit.
In America we eat burgers and drink diet coke and sometimes walk around walmart naked.
Rapid change to service industry and diet is a massive factor. Since UK went to EU the Aussies and Kiwis have been targeting SEA to sell their meat resulting on rapid change from fish+salted fish diet to plentiful meat and now Brazil just entered with even cheaper beef.
On the good side to compensate for urbanisation gym culture is on the rise and cities are planned with cycling in mind.
>Go to friday prayers
>Sermon is about being obese
Jihad on obesity.
No one in this country is healthy.
I'd say 6 of 10 adults here go to gym.
Its good tht gym culture is rising. I hope you and your family can stay healthy and live long meaningful lives.
Thats a really good statistic. Would you say brazilain food is healthy and how are the eating habits in brazil.
We don't stay healthy
>Would you say brazilain food is healthy and how are the eating habits in brazil.
Amazing.
Yes.
>In 1975 just 19% of Brazilian men and 29% of Brazilian women were overweight: In 2014 those figures are now 54% and 48% respectively.
>"In Brazil, being thin is associated with poverty, so culture has accepted being heavier as a desirable trait," says Uauy. This dramatic change in food culture has made cardiovascular disease and stroke the leading cause of death in the country according to Uauy -- followed closely by diabetes.
edition.cnn.com
>Alarmingly, more than half of Brazil’s population has become overweight, compared to 43% in 2006.
>“If Brazil’s does not change its ways, it could be the most obese nation in the next 15 years”.
businessinsider.com
>Only 15 percent of Brazilian adults are active in their free time. The Economist revealed a study this week that showed that Brazilians are among the most sedentary in the world – even more than Americans. Over 40 percent of Brazilian men and over 50 percent of Brazilian women get insufficient exercise, the study says. With record sales of cars, TVs, and computers, it's getting easier to avoid exercise.
