I call them by their first names purely out of habit because when I was growing up they had friends around a lot so I just got used to calling them by their first names

I've never called my mom anything else than "mamma", she would become seriously concerned if I did. it's bizarre to me, I even forgot my grandparents real names sometimes when I was young because I actually never heard someone in my family call them by that
