Fat people in the USA are in a weird paradox in which they don't lose weight because they don't care about the thoughts of others enough but also gain weight because they want to spite the people complaining about it. You can thank the "body positivity" movement for this.
"Solving the circumcision issues" would leave us without people to laugh at for being circumcised, so please avoid doing that.
