"Muh racism" isn't even the worst part about the Nazis since at the time the allies were equally as racist and genocidal. The main flaw about them is that they based their whole economy around the military and depended on plundering the wealth of their neighbors. That type of shit is unsustainable long term and guarantees perpetual war and suffering.

I never heard of allied genocide (they did drop atomic bombs on the Japanese, but they would've dropped those same bombs on Germany), but I do agree they were racist.

They could've shipped them to Brazil or forcibly moved them to Palestine or somewhere in Africa/the middle east.
They had connections with Italy to do that. None of it was necessary. Hitler just didn't Jews, so he had them killed.
