I really hate having to prove myself to 30 year old boomers that get everything handed to them. This is why job descriptions ask for so many qualifications. It is essentially a way for managers to pass on the hard work to new more qualified employees.

This is exactly why I lie on job resumes. Normans are so fucking disgusting, they fill out these positions with all this fancy sounding shit that makes it sound like you have to be a genius to do the job and then you actually get the job and realize that was all bullshit.

Normans are total cretins, they're all about credentials and appearance and everything sounding good on paper. Normans get zero results.
