yea, we get those and its fucking gay, i had to dodge my latest one by traveling to taiwan.
we get about 3~4 days worth of training every year usually for 6 years or more if youre a grunt, or even more years if you discharge as NCO/officer.

okay since promotion is a thing in finnish army,i have to ask, who the fuck wants it in the first place? like why the fuck do you want more responsibility as a reserve?
is it because they maybe pay you more for showing up for training or something?

If your "country" doesn't have conscription, it's basically a non-country of mutts with no social cohesion and common sense of nationality

Of course you want to be all you can be for your fatherland.

Conscription is mandatory here, but it usually means when you turn 18 you get a certificate of reserve. Only a few people like 2-3%, go to army training at all.
