Dozens of them. Some of them are based exclusively on Polish capital like Dino, Piotr i Paweł, Polomarket, Stokrotka, Topaz, Frac and so on and so forth. Some of them are based on foreign capital like Lidl, Tesco, Leclerc, Aldi, Intermarche, and so on and so forth.
But all of them are considered as markets for poor people and low working class - poor Poles also make shopping online on Alibaba, Amazon, Alegro and so on. Middle class does shopping in modern malls that look like alien space ships and supply them not only with products, but mostly with services such as hairdressing, fitness clubs, discussion clubs, cafes, and so on and so forth.
I am not middle class, i am a blue collar working class, as CNC operator but i take advantage mostly of my favourite mall too because it supplies me with everything: from clothes, through gym to cinema: i have monthly pass for everything in one mall. Thats my mall that i visit everyday: youtu.be
The most popular in Poland is Żabka and Biedronka.
Apparently, Carrefour, Walmart and Condor.
Arent these two discount/convenient stores? The guy asked about supermarkets, though
walmart
target
safeway
albertsons
fred meyer
wincos
hyvee
USA
ALDI
Walmart and Target. They both sell the exact same goods, but Target costs more, so poor people use it less. Target also looks much nicer inside
Extra, Carrefour (french), Walmart, Makro (dutch)
WTF is Condor
dear god
loool... Aldi is the most popular supermarket in the USA? Aldi is popular mostly in Western Poland because of proximity to Germany
That's photos i made in Oleśnica, tiny town in Western part of Poland with 30k citizens

You can see Aldi on some photos
Maybe Aldi in Germany/Poland is smth else than Aldi in the USA. Just coincidential convergence of names?
K and S is what we call them.
Mercadona
Carefour
Caprabo
Condis
Lidl
KKK?
Are you serious?
Yeah, the more Ks you have the bigger the store is. I'm not sure if they still use that, since they changed their visual design recently.
Why can't supermarket have KKK name if here in Poland we have a supermarket named "Auschwitz-Birkenau"?
Some phots of mine:

There is no business like Shoah business, and you are just jelly because no tourist wants to visit Russia to see places where Ruskies killed millions of other Ruskies just out of ideological reasons
Auschwitz also has a restaurant inside, but i lost my appetite there after watching photos of dead jews
