>keep the sun alive for everyone else
>everyone starts freaking out on you
Ungrateful cunts.
Based and tezcatipocatlpilled
What does this mean
Stop whitey, first the word is hueyi (large), not huey. Where did you learn Nahuatl, retard?
Are you indigenous or did you learn it as a second language?
It was my first language along with Spanish. But both my Nahuatl and Spanish suck.
*now suck
What the fuck? How, google translate?
I already gave a translation in this thread. Google translate doesn't do Nahuatl.
I saw that, so you aer fluent in Nahutl? That's fucking based af
More or less.
Well start more threads about your native language retard, we need those to learn about other cultures, salu2
Huh that's not a bad idea. I might do one later this week. Stay tuned, notequixpoyohuan.

When Mexico sends its people they're not sending their best. I'd wish you to get deported but filthy Indio/pochos is the last thing we need, hope you get shot instead.
Shut the fuck up
based
Why would you turn down the opportunity to learn about other people's culture on an international fucking board man
I like you too cunt. At least you called my language an actual language and not a dialect like 95% of Mexicans do.
B A S E D. What part of Mexico are you from?
My parents are from Veracruz and Guerrero.
My dad is from the Huasteca region of Veracruz and my mother is from the Rio Balsa region of Guerrero.
I was born in the US.
Nahuatl has the same grammar structure as English? Does that mean it'd be easy to learn?
Not sure. But unlike English, there is no rigid word order for Nahuatl.
Also you can make sentences out of just a single word.
Examples?
God dam you are like a rare fucking flag.
Who would win, the entire native populations of North and South America, or some Spaniard sneezing?
Nicnahuatiliqui.
Literally means "I spoke Nahuatl to him/her."
The root word is nahuatilia which means to speak Nahuatl to someone.
The Ni refers to myself, the c is the object, and qui refers to past tense.
The a in Nahuatilia is dropped when added with a suffix because you do that to class 3 verbs which are all verbs that end with a -ia or -oa.
Very funny, but my current boyfriend is actually Swedish.
Noyoltzin itocah Jesper = My boyfriend's name is Jesper.
How similar is modern Nahuatl to classical Nahuatl? Is it influenced by Spanish at all?
>tfw no Aztec gf
dont you have your abos? isn't their language fairly complicated?
There are influences to be sure. We adopted the use of para and actually many of us use Spanish for several words instead of traditional words, like God or sometimes for numbers.
Sometimes will say commands like Ximogarrar or Xigarrarlo, which is basically Spanish with using the Xi prefix that signals a command in Nahuatl.
>Classical Nahuatl
And they are very similar but you might have trouble with some words. For instance, some communities don't have words for gold anymore, they use the Spanish word for "oro" but the Classical does have a word for gold.
A. Abos are not people and their "culture" is garbage
B. There's like 500 different aboriginal languages
C. They're all ugly and sound like shit

This movie is a dirty pleasure for me, my family despises it but I just cannot hate it. God Bless Mel Gibson.

Apocalypto was about the Maya, not Aztecs
The Aztec sacrifices were a lot bloodier
Still pretty cool though
>tfw you will never get sacrificed to keep the sun alive then get reincarnated as a hummingbird
It was pretty good.
fascinating
is one of my favorite movies
when the norteños send their posters they're not sending their best
