I got the base game and the first lot of DLC cheap on sale but after playing a bit I'm probably not going to bother with any of the rest, because the game itself is just awful.
Matthias Corvinus was definitely a good pick for Hungary, at least. But there are so many spastic design and content choices that it doesn't count for much.
Congratulations on killing the franchise, I guess, unless this is just going to be their equivalent SoulCalibur V, and they roll back all this dumb shit for the next one. Not optimistic.

I used to love Civ, I played II, III and IV into the ground. Things got rocky with V and I was hoping VI would fix them but they actually got WORSE.
What's next? Canada? Latvia? Malta? Why are Greece and Macedon seperate? Why is Scotland it's own Civ? Yet we still have nebulous massive "Arabia"? The whole gave has just become trying to pander to people with "a civ for yourself!"
