What does that even mean? We have westernized/native/african culture. We have mixes of western in there but we aren't western anymore than we are natives. Latin America is it's own thing. Even then it's not even united onto itself.

It's a complicated question, since some parts have retained amerindian influence and very little from Europe, but I believe most of the nations that have some clear European influence culturally in the Americas are western in a sense. Not by modern definition of the Western World though, I agree with Still, the fact that there exist a debate on whether Latin America is part of the western world speaks for itself, I think the real deal that has mostly excluded us from being included has been poverty and corruption.

Latin America speaks a European language, are more Christian than even mordern Euros, and are socities based on the western system.
Latin America is "western" under most categories. If you exclude it for being poor or non-white, then we aren't talking about culture anymore.
